Trees For Tomorrow offers a number of events throughout the year that are unique to the northwoods of Wisconsin. The programs are free unless otherwise noted. Donations are welcome and help to susatain these programs. Below is the 2010 schedule.

Candlelight Winter Walk
Saturday, January 30 from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm
Join the Trees For Tomorrow staff for a Candlelight Winter Walk through the woods on the Trees For Tomorrow campus. Winter evenings are a wonderful time to explore the beauty of the Northwoods on snowshoes with family or friends. You can bring your own snowshoes, or use a pair of snowshoes provided by Trees For Tomorrow. A $5.00 per person donation is suggested for the event which includes all you can eat chili, hot chocolate and cookies. In addition, a special Trees For Tomorrow program called “Stories in the Snow” will be presented at 7:00 pm in the education hall. This outing is appropriate for the entire family. Spring Celebration
Saturday, April 3 from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm
Trees For Tomorrow will be hosting it’s first community-wide Spring Celebration! Come join us for an afternoon of Easter events including sugar cookie decorating, Easter basket making, and pictures with the Easter Bunny. Meet some friendly animals in our Critters Corner. And go on our Easter egg hunt, which will be held at 2:30 pm that afternoon. Activities are free to all participants, although donations are always welcome! Free Evening Nature Programs - from mid-June through mid-August
Tuesdays at 7:00 p.m. at the Education Hall
Youth Oudoor Adventure Series - from mid-June through mid-August
Youth ages 9-14 can enjoy a day of adventure at Trees For Tomorrow. YOAS cost only $25/child per day which includes all day programming, morning snack, swim time at Silver Lake and loads of fun!! Sign-up for one or all of them! Note: lunch is not provided. Youth must bring their own bag lunch.
Family Programs - from mid-June through mid-August
Nature programs for the whole family! Join each week in the Education Hall to learn about the plants and creatures that surround us in the Northwoods! All programs are $1.00 per person or $5.00 per family. Stay tuned for the posting of our 2010 times and summer topics!
Snowshoe Weaving Class
Friday, December 3 through Sunday, December 5, 2010
Learn how to weave your own pair of snowshoes or a snowshoe chair. Or make a gift for the hollidays. Either way, you will enjoy learning this art from Maggie Bishop, a skilled weaver. Winter Fest
Sunday, December 5 from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm
