A Trees For Tomorrow workshop is not a recreational or camp outing, but rather a school learning experience. The school is accredited by CITA and NCA and meets the curriculum standards for the state of Wisconsin. For a complete list of the programs offered at Trees For Tomorrow, view our Program Planner. Our program staff is comprised of professional educators with degrees in biology, forestry, zoology, and/or environmental education. We maintain a small staff-to-student ration to enhance the hands-on learning that is central to our program.
Two workshops have been scheduled for home schoolers duing the 2008-2009 academic year. The first will take place December 10-13, 2008. For a complete schedule and rates, please click here. The second will take place in the spring, March 18-21, 2009. For a complete schedule and rates, please click here. Other workshops can be scheduled for groups of 20 or more.

Please note: Trees For Tomorrow programs are designed for students ages 10 and over. Parent/teachers of homeschoolers are encouraged to attend with their children so that they can chaperone and pick up teaching techniques. If children under 10 years of age are brought with the family or group, it will be the parent's responsibility to provide supervision for the younger children while the courses are taking place.
