Tuesday Family Programs
Tuesdays 10:30am
Mid-June through mid-August 2013
$1/person or $5/family

Come spend Tuesday mornings at Trees For Tomorrow participating in a kid-friendly family nature program. Parents can enjoy doing a craft with their children or learn about plants and animals of Wisconsin!
 
The cost of family programs is just $1/person or $5/family. Pre-registration is NOT required!
 
 
2013 Schedule
 
June 11: Remarkable Reptiles and Awesome Amphibians
Spend some time with a couple of TFT’s resident herptiles.

June 18: Animal Homes
Animals live in lots of interesting places!  Join us as we explore the TFT grounds and visit some of these homes.

June 25:  Leaf Printing
Use a little bit of paint, a few leaves, and a lot of creativity to decorate a t-shirt.  Bring your own or buy one from TFT for $7.

July 2: Wild about Water
       

July 9: The Amazing Race: TFT Edition
Complete different challenges around the TFT campus to learn more about the plants and animals of the Northwoods.

July 16: Aquatic Critter Catching
Walk to Silver Lake and get a closer look at some of the animals that live in the water.

July 23: Busy Birds
Learn about how different kinds of birds make a living.  We’ll meet some of TFT’s live birds and talk about other birds that live in Wisconsin.

July 30: Creepy Crawlers
Hunt for insects and other many-legged creatures and learn about why they are important.

August 6: Survivor: Eagle River    
Animals have lots of special tools to help them survive in the wild.  Come learn about some of these amazing adaptations.

August 13: Nature Explorers
Use all of your senses to explore the TFT grounds, and learn about how animals use theirs.
