Homeschool Days are a NEW series of programs available at Trees For Tomorrow to serve the local Northwoods homeschooling community! These days will be scheduled periodically throughout the year and available for registration to any homeschool family with out need to create and schedule your own group. Class curriculum will be age-appropriate, and differ each time so students are exposed to a variety of seasonally-relevent topics.
Theme: Wisconsin Wildlife and Winter
Early Elementary (1st-3rd grade)
AM: Animal Signs and hands on herps
PM: How mammals survive winter
Late Elementary (4th-5th grade)
AM: Know your snow, snow and tell
PM: What makes a mammal, survival skills
Middle School (6th-8th)
AM: Thermal Adaptations, Science of snow
PM: Winter Lake Ecology
AM Check-in starts at 8:30 and class begins at 9:00.
Lunch from 12:00-12:30
PM set of classes begin at 12:30
Pick up at 3:30
